Rayhanur Kabir Contact

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026.

This site is run by Rayhanur Kabir. This page explains what information I collect and how I use it.

What I Collect

  • Your first name and email address, if you sign up for the free checklist and the Storytelling Craft newsletter.
  • The details you send me, if you use the contact form or email me.
  • Basic technical logs kept by my web host, such as IP address and browser type, which are standard for any website.

Email Newsletter

When you sign up, I store your first name, your email address, the page you signed up on, and the date, time and IP address of your consent, along with the exact wording you agreed to. I use them only to send you the checklist downloads and the Storytelling Craft newsletter, about every two weeks.

Nothing is sent until you confirm. After you sign up, I email you a link, and you join the list only when you click it. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately, with no login. You can also reply to any email or write to ray@rayhanurkabir.com. If you unsubscribe, after 30 days I keep only your email address and the date, so I never email you by mistake.

The list is stored on my own web hosting (Hostinger) and emails are sent through my own Hostinger mailbox. No email marketing company receives your details. I never sell, rent or share the list. I count how many times the signup form is seen on each page, without cookies and without recording who you are.

Contact Form

Messages from the contact form are emailed to me and a copy is kept so I can reply. Sending a message never adds you to the newsletter.

Your Choices

To see the details I hold about you, correct them or delete them, email ray@rayhanurkabir.com and I will do it within 30 days.
